Chen Zhu is a second-year master student in Dr. Abhinav Upadhyay’s Lab studying Food Microbiology and Food Safety. She received her bachelor’s degree in animal science and food science from Michigan State University. Her main research project is to explore the potential of oxygen nanobubble water in inhibiting and inactivating pathogenic bacteria.
