About

Chetna is a MS student working in Dr. Abhinav Upadhyay’s Lab. After completing her DVM, she worked as a Research Scientist in Contract research organization and handled Biochemistry and Pathology Lab. Chetna also has experience performing lab animal experimentations. Currently, Chetna is working to investigate the effect of different phytochemicals to control in-utero transmission of Listeria monocytogenes by using different animal models. Chetna’s research interests include microbiology, food safety, host microbiome and nanotechnology. Apart of research work, Chetna enjoys exploring different tourist attractions and listening to music.
