Veera Venkata Praveen Raja Kosuri is a PhD student in Dr. Mary Anne Amalaradjou’s lab studying the control of Salmonella in the broiler poultry and embryonated eggs using probiotics. He is interested in conducting research in the area of food safety by using natural and environmentally friendly compounds that can help to control and prevent food borne outbreaks.
