Arya Niraula is a MS student in Dr. Chaoyu Zhai’s lab studying the area of meat science. Her research project explores the relationship between postmortem muscle biology and meat quality parameters. Arya’s skills encompass western blotting, peptide enrichment, spectrophotometry and colorimetry. She also possesses a strong foundation in SAS and R programming languages.
