Swara Bhatt is an MS student in Dr. D’Amico’s lab, focusing on Food Safety and Microbiology. Swara’s research centers on the application of protective cultures in high moisture cheese to combat the pathogen Listeria monocytogenes in dairy products. Beyond her academic pursuits, Swara enjoys traveling and socializing.
