Wool Blankets
The UConn Department of Animal Science offers a limited number of wool products for sale each year. The "Crefeld Mills/Lorraine Manufacturing" pattern blanket (pictured below) is woven from 100% virgin wool shorn from the University of Connecticut’s flock of sheep as well as other flocks in Connecticut. The blanket project is run by a group of people who belong to the CT Sheep Breeders Association. Each product comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity and series number.

Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us at anscpurchasing@uconn.edu to schedule a pickup from the George White Building on the UConn Storrs Campus. There are no shipping options available.
